The money raised funds respite hours provided by our experienced sitters. This service offers much needed support to carers who are caring for their loved ones at home.
Registration commences from 8.00am for runners and 08.30 for walkers at Vazon car park. Finish at Tower no.5, end of L’Ancresse bay where refreshments will await your arrival. Everyone that completes the course will receive a medal.
How do I register?
You can register and pay online from April or if you prefer on the day at Vazon car park. There is a registration fee of £15.00 per person (either walkers and runners) children under 12 years are free, or why not put in a team of five for £60.00.

What route does the walk and run take?
We follow the coastal path from Vazon to L’Ancresse which is approximately 13k (8 miles). There are beautiful views and only a short climb at the end. Water stations are situated along the course. Marshals will be in attendance to assist you.
