This lottery is open to residents of the Bailiwick of Guernsey only (Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and Herm) and aged 16 years and older.

Permit number 23/2020 issued under the Gambling (Gaming and Lotteries) Ordinance, 1991.

Tickets are £20 each

There is a maximum number of 2,500 tickets

The prizes are:
1. Brand new 2021 Toyota Aygo x-clusiv. Plus 12 months motor insurance courtesy of Channel Insurance Brokers
2. £1000
3. A day at Tower No.5, L’Ancresse with a champagne picnic for 6 people

Tickets can be purchased as follows;
Visit Freelance Motors Garage showroom at Braye Road, Vale, between 9 am and 5pm. Ray and Scott, The Bridge, St. Sampson’s. Rocks Jewellers, Le Pollet.
Alternatively you can email [email protected] with; a) your name; b) telephone contact; c) email to which address should be posted. (However, do not include your bank details). We will call you back to take your card payment over the phone. Or phone GAA on 245121 for other ticket outlets.

The prize winners will be drawn at random from all tickets sold.

The prize winners will be contacted on the day of the draw by the Promoter by telephone or email on the day of the draw. If contact has not been made the Promoter will endeavour to make contact on the following days.

The prizes are non-transferable and there are no alternatives

Prizes will only be given on receipt of a winning ticket, with the ticket holder being deemed to be the person named on the counterfoil of the ticket. Any prize will only be transferred to that person, and Guernsey Alzheimer’s Association may require proof of identification.

The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of Guernsey Alzheimer’s Association unless they specifically request to remain anonymous.

Entrants are responsible for providing Guernsey Alzheimer’s Association with accurate and up to date contact details. In the event that a ticket holder changes their contact details, it is their responsibility to advise Guernsey Alzheimer’s Association of the change. Guernsey Alzheimer’s Association will not be liable for any failure or inability to contact any entrant due to any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the contact details that the entrant has provided.

Any prize that has not been claimed within 3 months of the draw will be forfeited and no subsequent claim will be accepted.

To comply with data protection requirements, entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this lottery and not for any other purpose.

These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with Guernsey law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Guernsey Courts.
